Denninger 2002: 1). Diese Hilflosigkeit manifestierte sich in einem Zwang zur Sicherheit. Denn die Anschläge auf das global exchange heart wurden indirekt als Anschläge auf Demokratie und westliche Werte empfunden und sollten von nun an durch spezielle Sicherheitsmaßnahmen bewahrt werden.
Wie diese Maßnahmen aussehen und was once sie bewirken, soll Gegenstand dieser Arbeit sein. was once Sicherheit aber überhaupt im Kontext der 2000er Jahre als Begriff definiert, wird einleitend beschrieben.
